Refunds
This refund policy covers digital course manuals, starter kits, physical products and in-person training booking fees sold through The Doll Hause.
Digital course manuals are not normally refundable once the customer has agreed to digital delivery and access or download delivery has started, unless required by law or the digital product is faulty and cannot be repaired or replaced.
Unused physical products may be returned within 14 days of delivery where applicable. Items should be unopened, unused, in their original condition and returned with proof of purchase.
Starter kits are prepared to order and have a 5-7 working day lead time before dispatch. If you need to cancel a physical kit before dispatch, contact us as soon as possible.
The £50 in-person training booking fee is non-refundable. It reserves a salon training date and is separate from the remaining training balance.
If an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, contact The Doll Hause as soon as possible with order details and images where relevant so the issue can be reviewed.
